Terms & Conditions

• The maximum discount on the Offer for Domestic Flights is ₹1,500 per card per month.
• The maximum discount on the Offer for International Flights is ₹4,000 per card per month.
• The Offer will remain valid only on Friday & Saturday of every week during the offer period.
• To avail the Offer on Domestic Flights, card members are required to use promo code IXIAMEX.
• To avail the Offer on International Flights, card members are required to use code IXIAMEX.
• The offer is valid only once per user on either Domestic or Int'l Flights.
• American Express & PayU reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
• Offer can be availed only One time per card per month during the Offer period.
• The Offer is also applicable on Supplementary cards.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing Offer with ixigo.

• Discount will be calculated on ticket fare and not on Convenience fees and/or ancillaries purchased (Meals, Insurance, Baggage, etc.) will be excluded from the total booking amount for calculation of the discount amount.
• There might be a Convenience Fee applicable (as per merchant partner terms and conditions) on flight bookings through ixigo. Card members are advised to check the same before booking.
• Card members making payment through any other bank cards will not be eligible for this Offer.
• Incomplete/rejected/invalid/returned/disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be eligible to avail this Offer.
• All card member queries/disputes on the Offer should be raised during the Offer period or within 30 days after the expiry of the promotion period.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be encashed.
• For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the invoice for the case to be investigated further.
• If bookings are fully canceled (during and/or outside the Offer period), the corresponding instant discount applicable on that order/transaction will not be granted.
